At moeclubs.com, we are committed to ensuring transparency and fairness in all transactions. Please read this Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing Comic Fiesta entrance tickets from our website, you agree to the following terms:

No Refunds on Tickets

All Comic Fiesta ticket sales are final. Due to the nature of event ticketing, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after purchase

• Inability to attend due to personal reasons (e.g., illness, schedule conflicts, unforeseen events)

   

Please ensure you are able to attend the event before completing your purchase.

Exchange Policy for Errors

If there is a discrepancy in your order (e.g., incorrect mailing address), you may request an exchange within 24 hours of completing your purchase.

To request an exchange, email hello@millionc.my with:

• Your order number

• A description of the error

• Any relevant details for correction

Requests submitted after the 24-hour window may not be processed.
Please note that only one exchange is allowed per order, so ensure all information is correct before submitting your request.

Lost or Stolen Tickets

Once tickets are delivered to the address you provided, they become your responsibility.

We do not offer replacements for tickets that are lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced after delivery. Please provide a secure and accurate mailing address and store your tickets safely upon receipt.

Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

If Comic Fiesta is canceled or rescheduled by the event organizers:

• If canceled: Refunds will be provided in accordance with the organizer’s official refund guidelines. You will be notified via email regarding the refund process.

• If rescheduled: Updates and instructions will be communicated via email and posted on our website.
