Delivery Method
All tickets will be shipped via registered mail with tracking to ensure secure and verified delivery.
You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
If you do not receive any tracking email, please contact us via our Facebook page: facebook.com/Moeeclub.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days of purchase.
During peak periods (such as weeks leading up to the event), processing may take an additional 2–3 business days due to high order volume.
We recommend purchasing your tickets early to prevent delays.
Shipping Time and Fees
Domestic Shipping (within Malaysia):
Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days after processing
A flat shipping fee of [XX currency] applies to all domestic orders
International Shipping:
We currently do not offer international shipping for Comic Fiesta tickets. Only domestic delivery is available.
Shipping Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate mailing address.
We are not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or invalid addresses.If you need to update your address after placing your order, please contact us immediately. Address changes can only be made before the order is dispatched.
Tracking and Notifications
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active on the courier’s website.
Failed Deliveries and Re-Shipping
If a shipment is returned to us due to:
Incorrect address
Failure to collect from your local post office
You will be responsible for any re-shipping fees.
We will notify you via email if your order is returned and request a new address for re-delivery at your expense.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at hello@millionc.my.
We will work with the postal service to investigate the issue.While we will do our best to assist, we are not liable for delays caused by postal services, customs clearance (if applicable), or other unforeseen logistical issues.
Damaged Packages
If your tickets arrive in damaged packaging, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
Please include photographic evidence of the damage.Depending on the severity of the issue and availability of replacement tickets, we will assess and advise on an appropriate solution, which may include ticket reissuance.
